November FitRewards Challenge!

November 11, 2016

Rules:
· All participants will need to perform the challenge in front of an exercise physiologist, who will make sure that the seat is set at the correct height.

· The participant will warm up at level 3-5 for 1 minute

· Set the screen data to read WATTS

· The participant will then have 45 seconds to pedal against any resistance as fast as they can. (must stay seated)

· The highest number of Watts achieved will be recorded.

· The participant will then cool down at a slow pedal rate at level 1-3
for 1 minute.
