December Trainer Tip

Jumping rope is great, inexpensive , completely portable, calorie burning way to stay in shape this holiday Season.  It also improves bone density, builds agility and quickness and cardiovascular health. Even very moderate jumping will burn 10-16 calories per minute, according to Science Daily doing three 10 minute rounds of jump rope will burn 480 calories.
