June FitRewards Challenge

June 1, 2017

Information:
· The rower is a great total body cardiovascular form of exercise. It improves endurance in the upper and lower body, and is also an excellent cross training tool.

 

Rules:
· Each participant will see how many calories they can row for in 1 minute.
· Everyone will start on the 10 resistance marker.
· The highest calorie count will be recorded for each age group and will be posted on the Challenge Board.
