October FitRewards Challenge: Total Pushups

Challenge: Total amount of pushups
No time limit


Member must start in the “UP” position, with back and legs in line, toes on the
ground, and arms extended. On the command of the trainer, participating
member MUST touch his/her chest to the yoga block with every repetition and
return to full extension. The member may rest in the “UP” position for no longer
than 10 seconds, with no limit on amount of rest periods. **** Back, legs, and
glutes must stay in-line at all times****


MODIFIED CHALLENGE
Member must start in the “UP” position, knees on the ground, and arms
extended. On the command of the trainer, participating member MUST touch
his/her chest to the yoga block with every repetition and return to full extension.
The member may rest in the “UP” position for no longer than 10 seconds, with no
limit on amount of rest periods.


**** This MUST be a uniform movement of the body, any flexion and extension
at the waist will halt the challenge****
