Trainer Tip:

Balance is an interplay between your eyes, ears, brain and muscles. As we age eye sight can diminish, hearing loss, muscle loss and slower reaction time all play in our ability to keep ourselves balanced. You can take action to improve your balance and prevent falls by practicing balance just as you would strength train your muscles. Try the Flamingo Trick standing on one leg while doing an every day chore.
