May FitRewards Challenge: Curl-Ups

Rules:

-Each participant will assume a position with back on the mat and knees at 90 degrees.  Arms are at the side, palms facing down with the middle fingers touching a piece of tape. A second piece of tape is placed 10cm apart.

-The participant will then curl-up making sure the shoulders lift off the mat and that the finger tips touch the second piece of tape. If the second piece of tape is not touched that curl-up will not be added to the total.

-Each participant will try to do as many curl-ups as they can in one minute with good form.
