June Trainer Tip with Dusty Paul: Injury Prevention and Sports Performance

Injury Prevention
Many times injuries happen when the body fails to be in alignment during motion. Practicing how well your body accelerates and decelerates your control over your bodies’ posture and joint alignment can decrease your chances of injury during sport or life in general.


Sports Performance
Breaking down your sports repetitive movements into agility movements, is a great way to practice high intensity interval training (HIIT), which can produce noticeable results in minimal time. Practicing quick stops and starts, linear and multi directional movements, and using some of your sports movement pattern will have you training like a champion!
