Group Fitness: Strength & Roll

Did you know: Less than 5% of adults participate in 30 minutes of physical activity each day; only one in three adults receive the recommended amount of physical activity each week. One of the best ways to build exercise into your daily schedule is to find a time of the day and make it a regular part of your routine.

Try our Strength & Roll class, lead by Trainer Dusty Paul and Trainer Dillon Shaffer. Held at 6:00am on Mondays and Wednesdays (downtown), the trainer runs the class through an engaging 45-minute total body workout, and concludes with a restorative foam rolling session. Some benefits of foam rolling include injury prevention, improves mobility and flexibility, removes lactic acid from muscles to aid recovery, and helps improve posture. If you’re interested in taking a class, come on in and try it out. Happy Rolling!
