July FitRewards Challenge: Flexed Arm Hang

July 1, 2018

1.  All participants will need to perform the challenge in front of an exercise physiologist.

2. The grip for the President's Challenge (flexed arm hang) uses an overhand grip - palms facing away from body. Position the body with the arms flexed and the chin clearing the bar. The chest should be held close to bar with legs hanging straight. The subjects should be assisted to this position. The subject holds this position for as long as possible.

3.  Try to hold a flexed arm hang for as long as you can and your score will be recorded by tenths of a second.

4.  Disqualifications and Test End: When your chin falls below the bar, at the discretion of the exercise physiologist.
