Perkville Fitness Challenge: April 2019

Rules

?       Proper rowing technique is VERY important, especially when testing. Practicing and becoming familiar with the rowing machine before completing the challenge is recommended.

?       To set up the challenge, place the resistance (on the side of the wheel) to 3. Strap in feet. Press the Menu button > Select Workout > New Workout > Single Time > set to 1min > select the check in the bottom right. Once you start rowing, the time will count down.
