March Fitness Challenge

March 1, 2016

Rules:

- All participants will need to perform the challenge in front of an exercise physiologist.

- The resistance of the rope climber will be set at 3.  The height will be adjusted to the highest level.  The entire test must be completed sitting on the bench with feet flat on the floor.

- To start the challenge, pull the rope as fast as you can with both arms. Pull the rope as fast as possible for one minute.

- The number of feet climbed in one minute will be recorded.  The highest number of feet for each age group will be posted on the Challenge Board.
