August FitRewards Challenge

How many rows can you do in one minute? A staff member will need to watch and record the total number of TRX Rows performed. Each row will begin under the armpits and end with arms fully extended for it to count.

Protocol:   Adjust the straps to the medium level with 2 bars.  Position yourself on the TRX with your hands on the handles right up to your armpits and feet flat on the floor. Lean back and extend your arms until they are straight.  Squeeze your shoulder blades together to bring yourself back up to the starting position. Repeat.  You should feel this in your back, biceps and core.
