Trainer Tip:  Can't seem to lose weight?  Hit a strength plateau?  Concerned you might be over-training? 

You may be under-recovering.  Reflect on your diet and making sure you're getting the appropriate amount of calories, have balanced macros (protein, carb and fats) and SLEEP at least 7 hours a night.  Your body will thank you.
