FitRewards Challenge: OCTOBER - Agility Ladder Plank Walk

HOW MANY SQUARES CAN YOU COMPLETE?!!

RULES:  Members will start in the pushup plank position outside of the first square perpendicular to the ladder, emphasizing straight back and legs. Accompanied by a Trainer who will start the challenge, the participant will start by placing their first hand in the first square, followed by the second hand in the same square moving laterally along the ladder in this fashion. BOTH HANDS MUST BE PLACED INSIDE EACH SQUARE. Once the participant reaches the end square of the ladder they may reverse their direction to continue laterally back along the ladder. The participant may complete as many squares as desired, WITHIN ONE MINUTE.

SCORING: The Trainer will count how many squares completed. The participant will be given ONE warning if plank position falters (i.e. holding the hips too high or too low), a second warning will end the challenge. If the participant misses a square with either hand or places a hand on a ladder rung, the square will not be counted.

BE FOCUSED, BE FAST,… BE AWESOME!!
