Towel Services

Shower towels are available for rent at the front desk. Rates are per towel and members also have the option of monthly towel service. Please ask one of our friendly member services associate for more information.

Beverages/Snacks

We offer a wide variety of sports drinks, water, protein bars, granola bars, etc. for sale at the front desk. In addition, we partner with the CTB Fresh which provides a tasty selection of smoothies, coffees/teas, soups, sandwiches, salads and more.

Locker Rental

Enjoy getting ready for your workout or your day at work in our full service locker rooms which include ample locker space available for your daily use. We offer a relaxing environment that includes a spacious steam room or sauna experience. In addition, our locker rooms offer spacious shower facilities, restrooms and vanity areas. Lockers are available for monthly rental.

Pro Shop

Our Pro Shop houses a variety of Island workout apparel and accessories for any of your workout needs. Items such as goggles, swim caps, locks, earplugs, headphones, shorts, t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts and much more.

Our History

Island Health & Fitness is a state-of-the-art 65,000 square foot complex that was developed by Community Corners, Inc. Terry, Tim and Joe Ciaschi originally came up with the idea of a cutting edge fitness facility. Together with the help of their father, Joseph Ciaschi, and our partners at Cayuga Medical Center, the development of the Cayuga Wellness Center and Island Health & Fitness took place in February 2006. In 2011, Island Health & Fitness expanded into the Community Corners area with a 12,000 square foot facility.
