Work to improve stabilization, strength, mobility, and flexibility through different exercises to help muscles associated with balance and posture. Participation helps to promote better movement through daily activity and life in this 8 week balance program.

Foundational Yoga Series

Mondays 6:45 -7:45 PM from May 6th to May 27th

Curious about yoga but feel intimidated in a group class? Ever wondered why people say “om?”

Begin or refine your yoga practice with yoga instructor Zoe in this four-week foundational yoga series. Yoga is for both the body and mind; We’ll bring them together in a fun and engaging environment.

This series is taught progressively as we learn basic yoga postures to build strength, flexibility and body awareness through various foundational poses. You’ll gain stability as we cover proper and safe alignment and learn modifications for your unique body. We’ll explore pranayama (yogic breath) to calm the mind which can lead to increased vitality.

$125 for members

Join us for a Yin Yoga + Sound Healing Workshop with IHF yoga instructor Lindsey and Dr. Maureen Alexander of Lotus Theory Acupuncture. Just like a warm soak soothes your muscles and relaxes your nervous system, this gentle yoga flow and crystal bowl sound healing will leave you feeling revived and renewed.
