Warm Pool Class Schedule:
We have three pools; our 4 lane lap pool, hot tub, and warm water pool! Aqua Classes in our 89 degree warm water pool are a fun way to build strength and cardiovascular health while minimizing strain on the body. Exercising in the warm water relieves joint impact, allows for a greater range of motion, aids in blood flow, mood boosts, and lowers blood pressure. Our warm water therapy pool offers additional comfort – especially for individuals with arthritis and other sensitives to cold. So what are you waiting for, hop in!
Aquatic classes are free to Downtown members, or you can join classes with a day pass!

Warm Pool Class Descriptions:
AQUA ZUMBA
Perfect For those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact,
high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. There
is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you
can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means
every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
AQUA ZUMBA
Drew’s routines are based on the anatomy and physiology of muscles and joints and are designed to strengthen limb and core muscles, increase range of motion, promote joint stability, and improve balance and posture. The hour includes cardio intervals and concludes with stretching, all accompanied by classic rock ‘n roll, folk, and popular songs.
AQUA DANCE
Come let loose with Linda! She delivers a fun and invigorating class which
is sure to make you smile while working up a sweat! Aqua Dance is a high-energy, full-body water aerobics workout combining cardio and toning exercises set to fun, upbeat music both old and new.

Aqua Cheers
Come to class to learn why it is called “Cheers”. This aqua class combines stretching, strengthening,
conditioning, balance and breathing. It is appropriate for varied levels of fitness. You will learn how to
work at your present level of fitness while safely challenging yourself to step it up a notch.
AquaZumba®
Known as the Zumba “pool party,” Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
