Warm Pool Classes Schedule

Aqua Classes are a fun way to build strength and cardiovascular health while minimizing strain on the body. Exercising in the water not only relieves joint impact, it also allows for a greater range of motion making difficult workouts more achievable. While any aquatic exercise is great in any pool,  our warm water therapy pool offers additional comfort – especially for individuals with arthritis and other sensitives to cold.  Warm water also aids in blood flow making regular attendance to classes in the warm water pool an excellent choice for individuals who want to boost their mood and/or lower their blood pressure.  So what are you waiting for, hop in!

Warm Pool Class Descriptions:

AQUA ZUMBA
Perfect For those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact,
high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. There
is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you
can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means
every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.

AQUA ZUMBA
Drew’s routines are based on the anatomy and physiology of muscles and joints and are designed to strengthen limb and core muscles, increase range of motion, promote joint stability, and improve balance and posture. The hour includes cardio intervals and concludes with stretching, all accompanied by classic rock ‘n roll, folk, and popular songs.

AQUA DANCE
Come let loose with Linda! She delivers a fun and invigorating class which
is sure to make you smile while working up a sweat!  Aqua Dance is a high-energy, full-body water aerobics workout combining cardio and toning exercises set to fun, upbeat music both old and new.

You can register online for classes through the Empower ME section of the website.  Members the first time you log in your username and password will be the Member ID number printed on the back of your key tag.  If you’re not a member no problem, you can register online by creating a guest profile below!
