February FitRewards Challenge

February 2, 2018

Rules:

Each participant will find a flat wall to use for the exercise.

A trainer will have the participant walk their feet out into a squat position with a 90 degree bend at the knee against the wall.

It is important that the participant maintains shoulder and back contact with the wall.

As soon as the participant is positioned, the trainer will begin a stopwatch and keep track of the time the wall sit is held.

The longest time held will be recorded.
