Group Fitness: Classes to strengthen your core

Join us for any or all of the classes listed below to strengthen your core—Remember, consistency is key!

Abbs- Thursdays at 6am Downtown

(Abs, Back and Butt)- This class focuses on the core stability muscles in the abdominal and low back region. Each class focuses on form, the technique involved in toning, and building strength in this area.

Core-N-More- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:50am Downtown

Strength training using free weights, stretch bands, and medicine balls. Along with sitting or lying on a stability ball to encourage core strength throughout. Followed by stretching.

Flex-N-Core- Tuesdays at 11 am Downtown

This class is 30 minutes long focusing on core muscles and stretching. Excellent class to gain strength and stability for the core muscles.

CXWORX- Fridays and Sundays at 12:30 downtown/ Wednesdays at 12:15 at Community Corners

This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Pilates- Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00, and Saturdays at 12:00 downtown/ Fridays at 12:00 (Starting May 11th) and Sundays at 11:15 at Community Corners

A method of exercise, which aims to encourage the use of the mind to develop core postural muscle strength, stability and flexibility resulting in more efficient and graceful movement.
