New Fall Special Programs starting September 14th, 2015

STARTING SEPTEMBER 14TH:
 

  • Dare to Lose: Get motivated to lose 20lbs or more in this fun, team-based competition. Two groups compete and motivate each other to burn calories, strength train, gain confidence and work towards a common goal. 
     
  • Island Barre: Increase flexibility, balance and muscle tone using small isometric movements. Ballet Barre is a challenging yet low-impact class that is suitable for all ages.
     
  • Learn to Swim: Learn basic skills, get comfortable, build your confidence and start moving through the water in no time!
     
  • Total Body Boxing: In order to last 12 rounds, boxers have to have great cardiovascular conditioning and now you can get in the same type of shape.
     
  • Total Immersion Swim Mastery: Learn to swim using a mindful approach, with a focus on efficiency and technique for enhanced endurance, enjoyment and speed.
     
  • TRX- Fall Sessions: The TRX Suspension Training system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself!
     
  • W.O.W. Women on Weights: With Women on Weights, you’ll learn the proper way to incorporate strength training as well as core, balance and flexibility exercises into your life.
     
  • Cayuga Coaching - Couch to 5K: Have you been thinking about running your first 5k or want to make a change in your life, but don’t know where to start? Then the Cayuga Coaching Couch to 5k Program is for you. Get ready for local races, such as the Bordoni 5k.
